This two or three day course provides Water and Wastewater Operators with a functional understanding of chlorine gas properties, the identification and principals of chlorine fast delivery systems, the maintenance of gas chlorine feed equipment, the safe handling requirements and emergency response procedures. The participants will gain an understanding of chlorine equipment and proper operations, maintenance requirements and safety practices. Where practical, the workshop includes a client equipment provided practical session on container/cylinder changing and emergency containment.
