Michele has over four (4) years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. She has updated and revised the Ontario Municipal Water Association (OMWA) Operator-In-Training Examination Study Guide to incorporate current regulatory requirements and all recent changes in operational procedures related to water treatment and distribution. She developed the Preventing Waterborne Illnesses Course for drinking water operators and an Entry-Level Drinking Water Operator Course for Operator-In-Training on behalf of the Ministry of the Environment.
