Our trainers have delivered both classroom and on-the-job training courses to water and wastewater facility operators in numerous First Nations communities in Ontario. We have also delivered specially designed courses to prepare First Nations operators for writing and passing MOE certification exams. Our trainers have also delivered the Circuit Rider Training Program in many First Nations communities.
Our trainers understand all of the special development and training needs of First Nations operators. They use a one-on-one, hands-on approach to train. Training is tailored to the education level, skills, learning needs, and aptitude of each individual trainee.

Basic technical skills to write and pass MOE certification exams
Basic math, chemistry, electrical, hydraulics for water and wastewater operators
Basic water quality sampling and analysis skills
Basic plant process troubleshooting and maintenance skills

Water treatment processes, including sedimentation, coagulation, filtration and disinfection
Wastewater treatment processes, including clarification, activated sludge, trickling filters and stabilization ponds
