Deborah has been a member of the XCG team for the past 7 years. She assists in the development and implementation of internal and external communications, plans, timelines and targets in support of XCG Training and Operation's strategic plan, mission and vision. She supports specific business development and major proposal initiatives and maintains a strong working relationship with internal departments as well as external suppliers.
