Sewage Pumping Stations

This one-day course is designed to introduce Wastewater OIT and Operators to the most common types of sewage lift/pumping stations and provide the basic operational and maintenance requirements for their use. This course introduces the participant to the basic functional elements including; wet/dry well aplications, pump and valving configurations, pump control systems and operating strategies, emergency standby power systems and solids pretreatment or removal.
