Gary has over 30 years of diversified experience in environmental protection, conservation and compliance along with expert knowledge of drinking water plant operations, treatment systems and inspections. His technical experience covers a broad range of environmental protection program areas, from waste management, environmental assessment, water resource management, and training with a focus on environmental compliance. He participated in the MOE specialized Drinking Water Treatment Plant Inspectors training program. He developed and delivered many courses at the original MOE training centre in Brampton.
