Henry has over 25 years of experience in evaluation of wastewater treatment facilities, process studies and pilot testing, in-sewer monitoring and sampling, outfall surveys as well as ambient water quality monitoring. He has managed numerous infiltration and inflow studies and flow monitoring programs.
